Meeting Schedule and Structure

MCSCA monthly meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm in the downtown Madison Public Library, 201 West Mifflin Street.

Meetings are chaired by the president of the Board of Directors and the agenda includes:

• Introductions
• Discussion of planned trips
• Fundraising events
• Informational presentations by members and guests
• News updates about congressional action on Cuba-related legislation
• Other items of community interest.

The Board of Directors of MCSCA meets on a quarterly basis or as the need arises.  Our Board consists of eleven members and is charged with running the affairs of the Association.
 
MCSCA also holds an Annual Meeting the first Wednesday in December.  Over the past several years, this meeting has become a dinner social event with a very limited agenda focusing on the election of new board members.
