The Madison-Camagüey Sister City Association will have another wine tasting and silent auction on Wednesday, November 11, 2009 (mark the date!) and we’re already in the planning stages.  As we have done the last two years, the event will be held at the newly-reopened (and refurbished) Cardinal Bar.
I am writing to ask that you consider making a donation to the silent auction.

  • Wisconsin Medical Project’s travel license has been renewed

    The travel license for the Wisconsin Medical Project has been approved through July 31, 2010.  The first license was issued in 2004.  Since then, it has been renewed each year allowing the medical project to send an average of three delegations per year and eight 40 ft seagoing containers.  Dr. Bernie Micke, president of the Medical Project, said, “The renewal allows us to maintain our relationships with the doctors and…
