II.    Update on Cuban Artists in Madison/Celebrating Friendship:  Exhibit by Orestes Larios and Gregorio Escobar to be held at DiRicci Gallery at Edgewood College, November 4-24.  Opening Reception on Friday, Nov. 6 from 5 to 7 PM. This project is supported by the Dane County Cultural Affairs Commission with additional funds from the Overture Foundation and Pleasant T. Rowland Foundation.

III.    Wisconsin Medical Project Update: Group to travel in November.

IV.   Wine Tasting/Silent Auction scheduled for November 11 at Cardinal Bar has been postponed to Wednesday, January 20, 2010.  Please mark your calendars.  Volunteers needed!

VI.    Lecture and Showing of Documentary focusing on Jewish community in Cuba:  Wednesday, November 18 at University Club on UW-Madison campus–Reception at 5 PM, Lecture and Showing at 7 PM–featuring Dr. Delvis Fernandez Levy, president of Cuban American Alliance Education Fund.
